To promote sustainable and alternative livelihoods, the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve has introduced a Motorboat Driving Training Program in the regions of Gondmohadi, Mamala, and Dhannur within the Chaparala Wildlife Sanctuary.

This unique initiative focuses on empowering local youth through hands-on skill development in motorboat operations, opening up new employment avenues that align with ecological conservation goals. A total of 51 youths from nearby villages have participated in this training program.
