Refund Policy

• - Below mentioned refunds eligible only for safari bookings and not other activities, tents or cruiser bookings.

• These rules are applicable for booking of permits and entry into the Core and Buffer zone only by tourists.
• Entry Timings for tourists are as given on the website and must be followed. The Field Director may change the timings as per requirement in view of the management.
• The tourists are expected to adhere to the entry and exit timings of the park. No relaxation in the exit time will be allowed under any circumstances.
• The use of mobile phones or similar electronic gadgets which may cause distraction, disturbance to tranquility by tourists, guides and drivers inside the Tiger Reserve is strictly prohibited and is a fineable offence. Fine Rs. 5,000 will be charged.
• The Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve is a litter free zone. Visitors are requested to carry a garbage bag and carry all their litter outside the Tiger Reserve. Any kind of plastic product is not allowed inside the park. Littering is a fineable offence.
• Bookings are non-transferable. Addition/alteration/replacement of persons in the gypsy booking is strictly NOT permissible after confirmed booking.
• In case of no show, no refund/rescheduling will be made.
• For Indian citizens, any of the following identity proofs is acceptable:-
  • - Voter Photo identity card issued by Election Commission of India.
  • - Passport
  • - PAN Card issued by Income Tax Department.
  • - Driving License issued by RTO.
  • - Photo identity card having serial number issued by Central/State Government.
  • - Student Identity Card with photograph issued by recognized School/College for their students.
  • - Unique Identification Card “Aadhaar”
  • - Passbook of Nationalized bank with attested photograph
  • - Photo ID cards of Public Sector Units.
• For foreigners, only a passport is accepted as ID Proof.
• Original ID Proof must be shown at the entry gate along with a valid entry ticket; otherwise entry will not be permitted. Original ID proof must be carried by all tourists during safari and must be shown to forest officials any time during safari if demanded so.
• Photocopy of ID will not be entertained and entry will not be given unless original ID is produced.
• Normal online booking will open at 12:00am IST, 120 days in advance before the date of entry.
• Online booking for gypsies at Tatkal will open at 08:00 am IST three days before the date of entry. e.g. booking for 1st October will open at 8:00 am IST on 28th September.
• Refund :
  • - The bookings done more than 60 days and up to 120 days in advance cannot be canceled and no refund is permissible.
  • - Cancellation is allowed for the bookings done less than 60 days in advance. If the ticket is cancelled more than 15 days before the scheduled date of entry. 50% of the booking amount will be deducted as cancellation charges. No refund/cancellation is permissible after that.
  • - Tatkal booking cannot be cancelled and no refund is permissible.
• Children below the age of 8 years shall be allowed entry free of charge without mention in the booking. Maximum 2 children below 8 years allowed in a single gypsy.
• The online payment, in case of safari, includes vehicle charges and guide charges which have to be paid at the time of booking.
• In case of any revision in rates/taxes after booking, the tourist will be liable to pay the difference at the time of entry.
• Entry Fee Structure will be decided by the Field Director, Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, in consultation with the Governing Body of the foundation. However, till the next meeting, booking will be done according to prevalent rates.
• Full Day Photography : A maximum of 3 Gypsies per day are allowed in the Core zone. The applicant has to apply to the Field Director, with valid online safari bookings for either morning or evening for the day on which entry is required. The entry and exit is allowed only from the gate for which the applicant has online confirmed booking. The vehicle (Gypsy) for full day photography is allowed to enter fifteen minutes before the scheduled opening time and exit fifteen minutes after the scheduled closing time. Maximum four persons excluding the driver and the guide are allowed in the vehicle.
• The gatewise safari quota will be controlled by the Field Director as per requirement in the view of management.
• Any zone or zones of the park, or a part of any zone or zones may be closed without any prior notice to visitors in case of any emergency including causes like rains, floods, landslides, strikes, public agitations etc. However, no refunds or arrangements for alternate or additional visits will be made. In case of closure of the entire park by TATR Management after booking, for any reason, the entire booking amount will be refunded online to the tourists. However, online transaction charges/service charges/taxes if any will not be refundable under any circumstances.
• The tourists are undertaking the safari at their own risk and the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve management will not be liable in case of any accident/injury/damages to the tourists and/ or their property.
• Any official(s) of Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve has right to expel any vehicle/ tourist on the grounds of misbehavior, including but not limited to violation of may rule of government, causing inconvenience, cordoning, luring, feeding, shouting, making hindrance to natural movement of any wildlife.
• Right of Admission is reserved with the Field Director, Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve.
• Terms and Conditions are subject to change, without prior notice or information.
• In Online Gypsy booking, provision shall be made for booking entire gypsy.
• Registration with www.mytadoba.mahaforest.gov.in website is mandatory for online booking, wherein visitors are provided login with mobile number and one time password (OTP).
• The ID Proof details like number/type etc mentioned during booking should be complete & correct and same as in original ID Proof. Booking made by incomplete/incorrect details of ID Proof will be treated as invalid.
• Only resort vehicles will be allowed to jump rotation system, provided that they pay an amount equal to charge for one trip to the owner of the vehicle who cedes his turn and Rs. 1000/- to the Tiger Reserve Foundation at the gate before entry.
• All the vehicles registered in the name of individuals will have to compulsorily follow the rotation system.
• Any attempt to enter on fake or modified passes or those on another person’s name or impersonate any person will invite strict legal action which may lead to imprisonment and/or fine.
• The pass, along with the ID proof, should be produced at the entry and/or when demanded by any Forest official inside the Tiger Reserve.
• It is the responsibility of the persons making the reservation to ensure that all personal details provided at the time of making reservations are complete and accurate. Entry may be denied to visitors whose personal details are found to be false or incomplete in any respect.
• Visitors are advised to acquaint themselves with gate timing and arrive well before the designated time to avoid any inconvenience. Timings are seasonable and change during different times of the year. Late entry will not be permitted.
• Consumption of alcoholic drinks and non-vegetarian food is not permitted inside the Tiger Reserve. Visitors may not carry such products inside. All visitors entering the various ecotourism zones of Tiger Reserve agree not to be under the influence of any alcoholic, narcotic or psychotropic substances at any point of time during their stay inside the Tiger Reserve.
• Carrying of firearms of any kind is not permitted within the Tiger Reserve.
• Pets are not allowed inside the Tiger Reserve.
• Visitors are not allowed to get down from the vehicle inside the Tiger Reserve except at designated places.
• Smoking or lighting of any kind of fire inside the Tiger Reserve is strictly prohibited.
• Driving inside the Tiger Reserve beyond designated timings and on closed trails/ outside tourism areas is prohibited.
• Blowing of horns, shouting and playing of music on mobiles or any other instrument is strictly prohibited within the Tiger Reserve.
• Teasing or chasing animals or approaching them too closely and/ or feeding them or any attempts to do so are prohibited.
• Visitors are permitted entry only in specially designated vehicles registered with the Tiger Reserve Authorities and entry of any other vehicle is banned.
• Maximum permissible speed inside the Tiger Reserve is 20 kmph.
• It is mandatory to maintain a distance of 50 m between two vehicles inside the Tiger Reserve.
• It is mandatory to maintain a distance of 20 m from any wild animal and not stay at a place for more than 15 minutes.
• All the visitors to the Tiger Reserve are governed by the provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act and rules made there under.

• Pricing for a single Cruiser seat is Rs. 700 per person as of 2025.
• A person can book only 06 tickets (seats). The name of the person who is booking should be in the ticket.
• All passenger original ID proofs with xerox copy for submission are compulsory while booking.
• The booking person must provide valid and original ID proof for all visitors. Without ID proof, entry will not be allowed inside the safari gate. If anyone enters fake name or ID proof, strict action will be taken against them.
• Cruiser booking is only for Chandrapur district local persons. Booking can be done for Moharli gate from Chandrapur, and for Kolara gate from Chimur.
• It should be noted that Resort Owners, Agents and Frequent Bookers are not allowed to book Cruiser seats.
• Cruiser is only for Moharli Core and Kolara Core gates.
• Both Cruiser Booking Window will open 1 week prior to the safari date. (Ex. Safari date: 7 May 2024 window will open on 1 May 2024)
• No refund in case of no-show or cancellation of Cruiser booking under any circumstances.
• Spot booking facility against last-minute cancellations is available at Moharli Core/Kolara Core safari gate on a first-come, first-serve basis. 1 person can book only 3 seats.
• Saturday – Sunday and on Government holidays Cruiser bookings will be closed. No one should come to the Tadoba office premises before 09:00 am to book a cruiser. If found, punitive action will be taken.
• For booking Kiosk Machine will be Open at 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
• All powers regarding availability of seats in respect of cruiser booking will be reserved with the Conservator of Forests and Field Director, Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, Chandrapur
