  • Scope of Work : Work on a model to manage solid waste, coordinate logistics with various stakeholders, ideate, plan and execute waste management strategies.
  • Required Skills : Awareness of environmental issues | Knowledge of management solutions | Experience in designing programs | Background in civil/environmental science/environmental engineering (preferred, but not required).

Sociology

  • Scope of Work : To study impact of tourism and other activities on the socio-economic status of communities, gather feedback regarding tourism activities, asses societal perceptions regarding wildlife management of TATR landscape
  • Required Skills : Strong interpersonal skills | Knowledge/experience with social/ ethnographic research and analysis | Critical thinking

Video Content Creation

  • Scope of Work : Creative video documentation of various TATR initiatives for CSR and social media, highlighting landscape and community with high quality long and short form content.
  • Required Skills : ⁠⁠Storytelling through videography & photography | ⁠Basic video and photo editing | Interpersonal skills (Marathi preferred)

Corporate Social Responsibility

  • Scope of Work : Attracting CSR for various conservation and community development programs in and around TATR.
  • Required Skills : Education & Experience in Management and business administration | Experience in CSR corporate communication | Age group up to 45 years allowed.

Communication Design

  • Scope of Work : Conceptualize, design and execute various communication materials required for raising awareness in the local community, tourists and social media.
  • Required Skills : Awareness of environmental issues | Graphic design and basic video content creation skills | Copywriting process | Making infographics from research | Collaboration for communication

Souvenirs & Livelihoods

  • Scope of Work : Help develop a system of unique TATR souvenirs which empower communities, looking after product and concept development, logistics, distribution channels and other related activities
  • Required Skills : Strong interpersonal, collaboration skills | Knowledge of livelihood development strategies and designing programs that are practical, measurable and scalable | Experience and knowledge of handicrafts and designing are very desirable.

Data Analyst

  • Scope of Work : Creative video documentation of various TATR initiatives for CSR and social media, highlighting landscape and community with high quality long and short form content.

Artificial Intelligence

  • Scope of Work : Develop AI models for wildlife monitoring
  • Required Skills : Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning | Proficiency in Programming Languages | Experience with data analysis tools

Ecology & Botany

  • Scope of Work : Wildlife monitoring, habitat survey, species conservation, biodiversity register, floral study, vegetation surveys etc.
  • Required Skills : Statistical analysis | Density distance software | R programming | GIS | Prior Experience with similar research

GIS & Remote Sensing

  • Scope of Work : Survey and preparation of the maps, preparation of the various maps of the ongoing projects in TATR Landscape.
